Reintegration Program

Nirrumbuk Environmental Health and Services supports people to stay healthy and reconnect with the community.

Our reintegration services include:

• Pre-release support such as housing, relationships building, employment, health and life skills
• Post-release connections and referrals to relevant education, employment, training, community-based activities and services, and family and parenting services
• Establishing relevant community connections and building culturally appropriate support networks
• Supporting mentoring schemes with culturally relevant role models
